Looking back , the experience was indeed bitter-sweet. I never knew I would enjoy the camp so much, despite the hoarse voices, the feelings of helplessnes, the irritated expressions and my troublesome partner. If everything were to repeat itself once again, I would take up the offer of being a facilitator all over again. You can say, I MISS MY KIDS now..The Tao Nan p4 camp- we knew it would be hard even from the days of pre-camp, having 2 AP cj guys. We knew that amongst the facilitators ourselves, it was very hard to be enthu already, much less wanting the children to be enthu. We just waited for things to turn out well for the real camp.
You can say that my impression of my partner Hao Ming wasnt really good from the very start, given my knowledge of him n Jon, the other cj guy, from the pre-camp. You can say I knew it would be a hard time, cos our characters do look like they will clash. And you can say that in the real camp, it did. Sorry if i really did complain so much about him, but there were still times when he was still pleasant to work with. Once again, the issue of ego pops out whenever guys are around. Actually, to say the truth, my kids were a pleasant bunch. i <3> matthew, aaron, michael, wenrui, ryan, marcus, clarence, benedict, and 1 that i forgot!

the guys were really smart for their age. Matthew was 1 responsible boy who helped me take care of wenrui at times. Wenrui, supposedly the hyper-active problematic kid. I felt he was rather sensible and had thought of his own, from the inaudible lil words that he uttered. Aaron, another smart and sensible boy who listened. Marcus, soo cute!! the boyish-looking imp who would grow up to be some handsome boy! soo smart as well. always helping me to stick the tiki. Ryan ad michael, the boys who fought. the defiant boys of their age, i dun blame them,. probably only haoming could manage them.hmms. but clarence was the nicer boy who helped lead the washing of the toilets =P Benedict was 1 smart scout! always giving me those cute lil faces, i think of him and i want to laugh!!! haha. takes alot of initiative with matthew. they made my 3 days shine soo much! michael, didnt reli have much impression of him, he always hung out with marcus and co,. oh well.
girls. so thankful for them.they were the cute lil girls who were the soft and demure types, who wouldnt rebutt when asked to do smthg. probably only victoria and colette. Colette, quite cute from the start, but started gettin irritating when she asked lotsa qn! but still the cute lil girl with specs forever on her nose bridge. enping the quiet lil 1 who is reli sensible. the only 1 who cried twice in camp! once for missing her parents, another beacuse the guys snatched her ball. aww...
clara-the pretty and sensible 1 who would remind me bout her asthma .michelle- the cute pretty lil 1 who looked like lilo and she's 1 heck of a swimmer. synchronised on dunno what days, and trngs on others. 1 nice tanned girl! jiamin -the thin girl who reli looked like my best fren jiamin too ..whoo~ felicia- the slightly biggersized girl who would tell me all abt her sister's OBS and all. interesting. yunting- obedient girl of whom i didnt interact much with. aww :( victoria-talkative girl with the hoarse sexy voice.woohoo~ so smart. can think on her own. asks lotsa qn ..like me when i was in p4..hmms.
once again, I MISS MY KIDS! the cheerings were always the hardest. and i remembered the funniest thing was when the kids suan-ed haoming cos of his baby whale toot-toot cheer. haha. =) and the kids love to bomb each other!! i love my kids to bits.. i dun have all their contacts though . so far 3 added me on msn. i want to keep in touch with them. think i enjoyed my time more with the killer whale guys like matthew, benedict and marcus! haix..
hoped that in these 3 days i had made a difference to your lives, kids. God bless you all ! a chapter of my and your lives have passed but ill nvr forget the colours you have all added to my lives =) embedded in between at 4:10 AM
